Now that we've got that announcement out of the way... We hope you're both well and that all the planning is coming together for your special day!

Just a quick reminder that you have the option for a meeting prior to your wedding date. This is not compulsory - many people lead extremely busy lives and prefer to correspond via email to discuss the details of their run sheet at a time which suits them. Others feel more comfortable speaking over the phone and some prefer Skype/in person. To us, your preference is important and we do our best to accommodate everyone.

Important: If your timeline has not been finalised prior to your meeting we will need to discuss this via email or over the phone. Please ensure that your Run Sheet must be finalised and sent to us 4 weeks out from your wedding date.

RUN SHEET

At your earliest convenience kindly let us know if you would like to have a Skype or in person meeting with us, there are limited dates at this time of year. If you are able to, please have a draft of your run sheet prepared for the meeting and send it to us a week (or as close to as possible) prior to our meeting so that we can come prepared to talk details!!
Due to high work volume we are unable to attend venue meetings. We do however; visit venues ourselves at times which fit into our workflow - unfortunately this is not on weekends or after business hours, which is when generally suits most couples better! We are responsible for scouting locations for your portrait time and take great pride in preparing for your wedding day. This is our area of expertise; please do trust us with this part of your day!
We will not be attending in person meetings at all during March or November 2021 due to high work volume. If you would like to meet with us please schedule a meeting during the months prior or after and if you are available to do so on a weekday please let us know. Our focus on weekends is on photographing all the gorgeous weddings.
